Why are all our goals difficult to achieve?
Because we like only the end result, not the way to it. We want a pumped body, but we do not like exhausting workouts or even walking on foot to work. We use elevators and escalators instead of climbing the stairs.
We want good health, but we neglect a healthy diet and do not get hardened by a contrast shower.
We want to remain calm and balanced in any situation, but devoting 5 minutes of meditation and breathing exercises seems like a useless waste of time.
Someone will say that I'm wrong. How can you not like to run in the morning? Or a contrast shower? After all, this is a charge of cheerfulness for the whole day. But what about fruits and vegetables? Delicious source of vitamins and minerals.
This is the key difference. The easy goal of the elusive is different only if you like to act on the path to its achievement. Any task will seem easy and doable if you know how to cope with it and you love the process of accomplishing the task.
