We live in a world where the way you look is more important than who you are. I say it for experience, all my life I was fat, I succeeded in losing it, but after that I put it back. The stuggle is real, more and more people are becoming addicted to food. It may be the stress, the lack of confidance, the feeling of being lonely. Sometimes life does not go as planned and can cause us a lot of stress.The best way to be happy is believing in ourselves. We are who we wanna be, there is no boundries, we only need to want the best for us and we will have it.
Being active is the hardest part. I bet you prefer staying in bed and watching movie than going out with friends or going for a run.It is all about priorities. For us, as human to succeed we need confidance and a lot of patience. Life is amazing we only need to see this and to believe in ourselves.
Someone once said 'Infuse your life with action. Don't wait for it to happen. Make it happen. Make your own future. Make your own hope. Make your own love. And whatever your beliefs, honor your creator, not by passively waiting for grace to come down from upon high, but by doing what you can to make grace happen... yourself, right now, right down here on Earth.'
