Too many claims:
Little time
I do not have time for anything
I can not
I do not have such opportunities
I want to, but I can not
I want to, but I still do not get it

Why?!
There are so many desires!

Elementary. Everything is in the head.
And if there is a complete mess, if everything is confusing, chaotic, then your desire will not be able to get out of there.

I want to share one practice.

  1. This practice is called "morning pages".
  2. You need: a white blank sheet A4, 30 minutes in the morning and a pen.
  3. Every morning you need to write: transfer your thoughts to paper.
  4. What thoughts? All! Any! You do not have to choose what to write, do not have to think it right or not, an important thought or not. You need to transfer the idea to paper, prescribe it and then you will see for yourself how the most banal idea can develop.
  5. You can say that half an hour in the morning is a lot and you again and again do not have time for it. But remember how much time you spend on the Internet, checking in the morning all the social networks !?
  6. Checked on yourself: when in the morning you spend some time alone with your thoughts, then you feel easier. Much from the very morning it becomes clearer, clearer, respectively, you feel lighter and more clearly know what you want!
    Then you can start acting!
    When the order in the head, all the efforts become much more productive !!!
