It is ironic how in schools, we are taught to not copy during examinations but out here in the real world, copying others is how you can get somewhere. I'm not talking about stealing one's work ,I speak of following the steps, the attitudes they had to adopt and the sacrifices. I quite remember , last year, when our French tutor gave us this advice.
Do not pay 100% attention to what your parents say. Their time and ways of living is gradually changing and for you to succeed, you must be a part of this change.
As usual, most of us ignored him. What he said is manifesting right before our eyes. Now the Blockchain technology is gradually but steadily, replacing our traditional ways of banking and very soon, millions of people, who refused to switch, are going to lose their livelihood. Thus if they depended I just one source of income.

I'm currently a mechanical engineering student who makes a little over $100 every week thanks to steemit. It may not look like much but trust me, there are people who have worked for years in my country from dawn to dusk and they haven't earned this much in a single month ever before. This isn't me trying to brag, I'm just stating something which has been ignored.
For me, it all began when I decided to copy from other people. I decided to read books on financial empowerment suggested to me by @diahbally and @tj4real.
I know, I have a long way to go before I can achieve my ultimate goal but if I continue copying their ways and that of other greats like @ackza ,I will definitely get there.
If you are out there, clinging to a system that is about to fade, please be bold enough to step into the new world where you can live your dream life by following people who are already there.
I wish you so much luck. This post is so honest and refreshing. It's true that we can get somewhere faster if we follow the path of someone else who already achieved it. This world is changing so quickly that we have no chance but to go with a flow and take advantage. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Most of the time, people are reluctant to find another challenging job as they enjoy their comfort zone spending all their energy with less earnings. Regards..
That is the most dangerous approach anyone can take to gain their livelihood and yet billions of people are in this category.
Wow wonderful. Recently I listened to a message on learning from those who have made it and I'm happy to see the same message here. Many people find it difficult learning from others all because they think once someone has made they can also do everything and get there. I love the idea of copying others. Indeed it is this same policy that has actually led to my continuous success on steemit. When i first joined, i decided to learn from @trafalgar who was then a star. I made him/her my mentor without ever meeting. I learnt how he/she wrote the articles and that has guided me a lot. You can never succeed without learning from others. Learn to copy right values i always say
