Nice post....It really hard for us to admit our flaws but rather we look for who to blame or gather pity parties around us.

To plan is to have a vision, you have to be focused to achieve your plans and whatever you do, be the best in it.

Most people follow the crowd because they do not have a certain goal and aim in life.
