What type of crime if attempted its punishable, if committed its not punishable

• A clever robber breaks into a closed bank where he finds a clerk. He asks password of the safe from the clerk while pointing a gun on his forehead. Out of fear, the clerk manages to blurt out, “Every day, the password of the safe is changed. I can help you but please point away the gun as if you kill me, you will never be able to crack the password. The robber kills the clerk. He then easily opens the safe after inserting the code and takes all the money before he flees. How did he know the password??

• Can you find a 10 letter word in English language which can be typed using only the 1st rows of the computer keyboard ?

• What kind of room has no doors or windows?

• What invention lets you look right through a wall?

• A small town has two barber shops – one located in the eastern market and the other on the northern market. The shop in the eastern market is quite untidy and the barber has a shabby haircut. While the shop in the northern market is quite neat and clean and the barber is sporting an excellent haircut himself. Which of the two shops will any foreign visitor opt for?

• He has married many women, but has never been married. Who is he?

Anybody will prefer the shop in the eastern market for sure. There are two reasons for it:
Firstly, since there are only two barbers in the town, the one running the shop in eastern market must have gotten his hair done by the one running the shop in the northern market and vice versa. Thus, if the barber in the eastern market has a shabby haircut, it must be due to the incompatibility. Secondly, the neat and clean shop can be due to the scarcity of customers as well. While the untidy place refers to the fact that so many customers get their hair done in that shop. Thus any one will opt for the barber shop in the eastern market.
