I believe in your concept, @dobartim. Success, in the world of today, should require motivation, and the steps which successful people have taken. People have to be truly motivated to be successful in real life. Those people who have no motivation, will not work well, and may not achieve their goal in due time.

I think, the new comers in a place should be mentored and motivated for success, otherwise, they will be lacking in direction and could become unmotivated, whereby, they will be tempted to take shortcuts. Success, as a life concept, is meant to be achieved in stages of learning concepts and taking activities.
