Shy Writer

My name is Princess I am a schoolgirl in junior high school in my village. I have the dream of becoming a famous writer like Raditya Dika who is a writer and a comic writer, and the writer whom I admire so much is Asma Nadia. I want to be like a well-known writer with hijab, I love it very much.

I always make short stories and other papers, I've also made a novel in a full book but it's all wasted because I do not know what it must be I'm too shy to spread my work to the outside world, I'm afraid my work will be ridiculed and not appreciated when it was all one of the trials to succeed, I was too scared for it because from childhood I never played, I was just going to play with my brother from the city with my favorite doll.

As I grow older I also rarely play, I will just stay home while school, I also can only tutoring it private and done in the house I do not understand what the father and mother think about this. Locked his own child in the house without a friend.



One day, my friend Amel came to me writing a short story in the classroom.
"Put you again what?" He asked, I was shocked and immediately closed my book
"Anu Mel me again .. I again write the story"
"short story?"
"Iiyyaa ..."
"I see ya" holding the tip of my book
"I should not be embarrassed because the story is not good" But he kept forcing and finally he read it

He smiled when he finished reading it and I told him everything about my shame to spread my work. Eventually Amel was willing to help me, she wanted to help me spread my work.

As time went on I could not believe it because I was famous in my school as "shy writer" and all this thanks to Amel and he became my best friend I did not think Amel could control my shyness to make me successful even though only in school is not in the wider world like Asma Nadia and Raditya Dika, but I'm very happy with this because all this thanks to Amel and my shrinks are reduced now.
