A lot of people that use the gym definitely don't get much out of it because they don't push themselves enough, don't even break a sweat a lot of the time. Probably like that for a lot of us in life as well I think.

Too true! So glad I could see this in OBSERVING how I was acting at the gym at first, then had the DRIVE to break through that. So excited to see what kind of mountains I have to tackle today :) all just brain food and opportunity for experience baby!
