THE WINNING ATTITUDE!!!! What's your attitude?

Hello my fellow Steemians,

Today, we are going to be looking at this: The Winning Attitude, which really should be a topic of interest to everyone. Why? Because we all want to win. In fact, most of us are consumed by the craving to be winners in our various endeavors and fields (in fact, a post was shared here few days back on winning). We really have to accept that we all want to be winners in one part or the other. It's really a natural phenomenon!

Understanding the meaning and concepts of: winning, attitude, and "the winning attitude", in general.
Understanding some attitudes that depicts the winning attitude.

Now, let's hit the nail on the head; let's all have a clear understanding of the key concepts in this post, which are: winning, attitude, and the winning attitude.

Explaining winning, attitude and "the winning attitude"

First and foremost, what is winning? Winning is the act of triumphing or achieving victory. It's the achievement of one's set out purpose, or goal.

Well, many people have gotten used to this phrase:

Attitude is everything.

But, I trust you know that, that does not in any way define the term but only a means of expression of the importance of the concept. So, what really is attitude?

Attitude is refers to one disposition or state of mind. It's the way you look at things, yet it's more than just "looking", it also involves "the way you choose to see things after the look.

A person with the right attitude would see opportunities while, and where, others see failures. ~ProfLee

With those definitions firmly planted in your minds, let's us quickly plant this definition of the "winning attitude" with it. The winning attitude is the kind of attitude that guarantees a person's success in his ventures. When you see some Steemians not succeeding at all in the plateform, check their attitude. Some of them would say, "The market is just against me", or, "I never seem to get Upvotes", or even, "this so-called steemit is only favorable for people like @destinysaid, @donkeypong, @tojukaka, @Surpassinggoogle and the rest, it never favors me"

Did you notice how negative he, or she sounded about him or herself?

Well, that attitude gets no one nowhere. It's really a huge fact that:

One's attitude can take one nowhere, or one's attitude can take one everywhere.

It's sad, today, that many people's attitude is taking some nowhere. Or, maybe I should have typed the "nowhere" in capital letters!

Let's quickly look at some attitudes that shows that one has the winning attitude.

Some attitudes that portray the winning attitude:

In deed, there are some attributes that shows that one has the winning attitude. They serves as signboards to let us know or identify someone with the winning attitude; here they are:

.....People with winning attitude are Positive Thinkers: they choose the good in every "bad" situation. They are the kind of people who when it rains, they see "much harvest" because of the rain while others, see "much mud".

..... People with winning attitude are goal setters: they just don't set, pray and expect good to just happen to them; they set goals and work hard to achieve the set goals. They understand the importance of goal setting!

..... People with winning attitude are always Prepared for opportunities: they are always prepared to do something to enhance their lives. They are the type of Steemians who create posts and save them somewhere, just in case. They don't let opportunity pass them by.

.....People with winning attitude Eliminate excuses: they don't accept anything less than the best. They eliminate excuses because they understand that excuses keep failures failures. They do whatever is necessary to leave the bottom. Steemians who give excuses say things like: "I would have loved posting daily, but I doubt I will get Upvote so I don't bother to post at all". How funny that sounds! Did you know that you stand a better chance for upvotes with posts than with no posts at all? It's quite obvious, isn't it?

..... People with winning attitude are passionate about what they do: they have passion, and puts loads of it into their jobs. They know that, most times, passionate people are the successful ones.

How to cultivate the winning attitude:
Let me start here by saying: to cultivate means to nurture, or grow something. So, it's time to know how people could grow or even acquire the winning attitude. Here they are:

.....Socialize with those with the winning attitude.
..... Set goals and work hard to achieve them.
..... Become a positive thinker.
..... Say no to excuses.
..... Be prepared for opportunities.
..... Be passionate about whatever you are involved in, or with.
..... Be persistent.
..... Be patient.
..... Be courageous as you set out to achieve your dreams.

I would guarantee, at least, with 90% certainty that if anyone, anywhere follows this guide on anything, success is sure!

Dear Steemians, the winning attitude is the only attitude that guarantees winning. There are no shortcuts. In fact, the so-called "shortcuts" to success is a mirage. So, take the long-cut, which is the winning attitude and you would discover that you are a winner personified!
