يعتبر طاجين اللحم بالبرقوق من الأطباق المغربية الأصيلة وغالبا ما تقدم في المناسبات و الأفراح فهو طبق مثوارث من جيل لأخ
وتقديمه للضيوف يعتبر جود وكرم وترحيب بالنسبة لهم
طرقة التحضير مع الصور
نعمل على غسل اللحم جيدا ثم يوضع في طاجين
نقوم بتقطيع البصل بعد ذلك نضيف اليه التوابل
الملح , قرفة مطحونة، والسمن الزعفران و الزنجبيل ، فلفل أسود ، و الإبزار، القليل من الزيت ،
نضع الكل على نار هادئة حتي يطهى
يطهى البرقوق في الماء بعد ذلك يعسل بالقرفة و السكر
يزين الطاجين اللحم
