Oh yep it was from outside crispy as hell and from inside super juicy and tender. The beefer caramelized it from outside very fast by the heat🔥 .

... and yep. It’s like an Griller, works also with propane gas ...

It tastes fantastic 👌 .

Oh yes working on the pizza. I think Friday we will try it out, when we got some friends here. :-)
