I love the picture, talking of LOTR, the artist Alan Lee lives in Dartmoor in Devon, England. That is close to my home town. I suspect that he used Devon as his inspiration for the Shire.

(Pura Taman Ayun) and lots of frangipani which were bare of leaves but lots of yellow flowers when we visited! @karinzdailygrind - this is Taman Ayun in Bali - lots of the layered design buildings which is the temple
