I can't really find words to describe this typical Viennese slang in English.

I had previously heard of this event but failed until now to check it out.
Life is all about having true friends even they are one or many. One great friend is enough rather than many. Your long term friendship is really a great example of the trust and care you give to each other. I have many things left here to learn from you.

You have some stunning photos! Where is Arthur Singer's cafe? He looks intriguing. I think I have been to that park where some of the outdoor events took place. Is "Wiener Brut" the slang you are trying to translate? Any luck? What is Almdudler? I love the video!
