I highly disagree. Not everything is a distraction, and to say so, is intellectually lazy.
Republicans and democrats are not the same. To say so is intellectually lazy. I suppose all philosophies and all types of anarchism are exactly the same , though. They are not.

We all know about debt. It's not rocket science, and if people are so easily distracted maybe they deserve it.
