Oh no - this is aweful - to us a similar thing happened in Barcelona during daylight - will not help you though. At least you are personally safe! Shit happens! I had an event during my first London visit years ago where two blokes robbed me on street - credit cards, cash - I had a knife at my neck and within three hours they stole around 2,000€ from my credit card.
