Very well put, Balancing it out is where the enlightenment comes in. Unfortunately in this day and age it's so too easy for our young to be ruined for life by a system (government) that thrives on raping the wallets of the people supporting it. Locking up these troubled teens is only fueling the problem. They don't have the same values as older americans, I mean how could they right. Punishing them should be the parents job not left to the corrupt system in place that kidnaps with no repricussion and harrasses the masses daily all for money.
