The same VAT and premium in BG. One option is to invest in silver through VAT registered company . In any case investing in physical metal is a long term investment and who cares if you have purchased a oz silver now on about USD 26 (including VAT and premium) when the price multiplies. That's my point of view and I am investing both ways.
