It seems like this graph is only for 1st world countries. Eastern European countries like Ukraine should be waaaay up that list. I believe most of Africa uses mostly cash as well.
Strange eastern European countries are not in the list, i guess there is so much corruption that it is not shown in official statement :)
Looking at Germany, I am really not surpised. But do not forget, that taxes are absolutely too high.
