- Product without market: avoid making product without identifying the market's need. Building a product and then looking for a market is a complete disaster that you don't want to face as an entrepreneur or businessman getting almost likely 0 revenue.
- Time & Money: Proper utilization of resources is very important. Especially time and money aren't infinite and not easy to get as you wish. So use it wisely.
- Working with wrong people: If you are working with wrong people then it's most likely to fail the business that you are doing. Build a good and strong team with collaborative and committed partners.
- Competitors: Don't obsess with the competitors but don't ignore them either. Good to study the steps and movements of your competitors.
- Flaws in pricing models: You should understand the need of your customer or need in the market. Then you have to put the price of a product accordingly; not too high and not too low either. Somewhere justifiable.
- Perspectives: Just because you love the product doesn't mean your customer will also love it. You have to think from the customer's perspectives.
- Professional business model: Now especially in entrepreneurship, you might need more partners or investors. So you'll have to have a good and solid business plan all the way from start to the market.
- Weak marketing skills: Your product is likely to fail if nobody knows about it in the first place. You should invest more time, effort and money and marketting at greater scale to your possible costumers.
- Wrong timing: You product will be waste if you sale summer items during winter right? Nobody will do that but what I meant is you should launch your product on the right time when the product is actually needed at high stake in the market.
- Ignoring the costumer's comments: The most important. You should always take care of the feedback you get from your customers. That way you can improve your next product.
