Absolutely. Being able to do a little more than exist should cut down crime rates; domestic abuse, depression, alcoholism etc etc. All of these cost the government a lot of money. But government should use the money saved to help small businesses who genuinely can't afford minimum wage. But then government an oxymoron. Who the hell am I kidding.
