Who is the best sales man? Who can come to anyone and sell anything at anytime!? Turns out, you could be this person after you practice what makes up the framework of selling. So, what’s the magic or the secret sauce that will get the results! Something to understand before reading my article is that it takes practice. When learning anything that you have to apply in the real life it will always take practice.

What is being sold? Pretty much anything can be sold with this sort of guide its just a matter of adapting to the products needs.

1-Your product has useful to this person or the person has to have some need for it.
Basically you can’t sell dog to food to a man with no dog.

2-Once the market of people that you want your product to be sold to is found; don’t go bragging about how great it is and how it’s the best of them all. In fact, the important part is not for your product to be great but for you to sell it right. Instead of rambling, asked them when was the last time they’ve used a product like this or what’s something they used to do with it.

3-That’s called; gathering information. These questions will allow you to gain information on the person you’re selling to. What do you do with this information?

4-If the product is a daily need express that it’s quite important regardless of what different type of brand it is. Lets use a pen as an example. Most people use pens on the daily for writing notes or signing documents/contracts. You could then tell the buyer, “wouldn't you say signing those new contracts is an important event for the business”? The most obvious answer is, “yes”, at this point you’ve come to the next step.

5-Attach sentimental value to your product. In the pen example you’ve agreed with the buyer that signing a contract with a pen is important. Now you could say, “ then shouldn't you treat it like an important event".

6-Add scarcity: insure that they know that there's a low supply or that you may never see them again.

7-The finish: hand them the pen and tell them that you'll come the next week if they're not satisfied with the product (this is not for all products).
