Don't be so quick lol everyone is short bonds atm. With the record short position on bonds the trend could reverse if inflation disappoints. So inflation is the thing to watch here.

Thanks for the update. I need to buy a house, but thinking I need to put it off to see what is going to happen. Much uncertainty going forward, except that things are going to get worse is a definite.

I don't see precious metals doing anything atm. If The USD keeps rallying then they will underperform. The main reason for the current conditions is the slow down in global growth across the world. Due to rising interest rates and a shortage of dollar funding overseas.
