A drop in volatility does seem logical. I think it was hanging around 23 yesterday. While I don't expect it to hit the single-digit "recent normal" again for a long while (if ever). I would imagine we could drop to 15 however. I know I have had more bad luck than good trying to short the VXX ETF in the past however!
