Notary is intended to be used by the general public, businesses and government agencies, allowing the timestamp of any digital document there are applications to use option contracts and leases, letter of credit, marriage contracts, warranties and certificates (As I see are the most interesting because after the timestamp, it's retrieved and proves the content of these digital documents).
The vantanges of using Notary is that no need for a third party, making the process cheaper, less time consuming and safer! For added security, both parties can add a video, photo or voice recording to the cointract (will be explained shortly)! In digital space, all scanned content is treated as an immutable transaction.
The recording of video, photo or voice is one of the different digital sources will be offered to users, and can be used separately or in combination!
