With there communication being limited
They have mix things saying things like improvements and system down for maintenance. This isnt good as people are noticing it saying N/A for their balances and they need to make payments. This is very worrying because in an instant this piece of paper we rely on can vanish in one sitting and people have no clue what to do. Get ready boys as we are entering an interesting time thank god I started crypto

they also don't follow probate rules.... they are holding my dead dad's money, despite all the legal papers they were given ..... they are holding his account illegally. they also say it's a ten day waiting to get account settled once they received all papers.... it's been 4 months.
That sucks! They cant be allowed to do this its our money being held in a system not theirs. I hope they get it fixed soon!!

Yea it is and the fact they are ignoring their customers its horrible. My moms trying to pay bills and with N/A on everyone it has someone like her worried. Banks are messing up doing this as people are going to look for alternate options like crypto

Chase is fine, it's just a minor technical difficulty. This is not a sign of the end of fiat currency - Ethereum had way more downtime just last week.
Yea its slowly coming back up though its worrying that something like this has happened with tellers not being able to check balances and see transactions currently.
