Well down here on the ocean floor the desperation has leveled off some. people are finding their hole to stay in. They are finding ways to get along besides checks in the mail and assistance. Selling dope is easier because the small timer isn't getting messed with as much because the low end powers that be are in on it also. So now you have a layer of "Scum" as it were thickening down here. the ones just above us are finding out that they may want to butt nudge in with us in the mud or they will find themselves in the current and get swept away.
