Boo-ring you say. So let me just rant about this quickly and get a move on.

I have seen people around calling this cup & handle formation a bottom on STEEMUSD, alas, let me reming you - Cup & Handle patterns are not reversal patterns and dont usually signify trend changes. Cup & Handle patterns are trend continuation patterns, which occur in the middle of a trend, after a move, signifying the continuation of said move.

If this was a valid Cup & Handle, the target would be around 1.2 for Steem. Now let me just mention, i have seen a few bottom cup and handles work out too... go figure. But i wouldn't trade it - it wrong to pick bottoms on this pattern.

Can't say i don't hope for higher prices of cryptos, especially Steem though. The bottom is rounding quite nicely, but price needs to get out of this arch and close above it, to signal any strength at all.

What the hell happened here? What warrented this sudden increase of shorts? Hope y'all short sellers get trapped :) Just kidding, to each it's own, but isn't it time we saw more value in the markets?
