Quebec apparently is a popular place among miners, as elctricity is cheap and the natural cool climate is a big plus for cooling solutions. This is the first time ever the place opens their doors to a journalist as the industry likes discretion.

Oopsie! It appears the gap between SP500 12-month dividend yield and US 2-year Treasury Bonds is almost closed.

I'm leaving the significance of this to be explained by the economists, but to me it looks like chasing the fomo, momo, and high yields in SP500 is slowly starting to turn?
