Jeans with name of Steve Jobs anyone?
After some years of battles in the cuorts , the two brothers: Vincenzo and Giacomo Barbato
have successfully managed to win a legal battle against Apple,
and they have earned the rights to name their company “Steve Jobs,” in the name of Apple’s CEO
and founder
In 2012, when the two brothers noticed that Apple had never trademarked Jobs’ name.
So they named it after Steve Jobs and then the fight began
The two brothers started already their own clothing and accessory company
For several years their were making clothes for other companies, but when they found
the name "Steve Jobs" the thought that it was time to start their own company
Apple sued the 2 brothers over the trademark.
But with no luck at all, the tech giant company may have lost the court by sueing the two brothers
because of their STEVE JOBS logo (a stylized letter "J" with avery Apple-esque leaf)
However the court said that the letter "J" wasnt adible and therefore the bite couldn't be ripping of apple's own logo
and upheld the brother's trademark
The 2 will keep on working on products with the name of "Steve Jobs"
which includes jeans, hats, shirts, T-shirts and more accessories
The brothers said also that they will eventually release electronics and maybe a phone with the name o Steve Jobs
