Oh man, I'm so sorry to hear that Alla, I have heard that Barcelona is getting worse and worse on that front :-(
As far as your phone company is concerned, just tell them point blank that you're not paying, and that they can take you to court if they want.
They will offer you a reduced offer, at which point you could take it, however I would stick at it and insist that you've been a victim of a crime, and that you won't stand for your phone company victimising you any further.
Use these exact words: *"If you want me to pay that bill, then I insist you take me to court."
Trust me, they won't, it would be very bad publicity for them to allow this to get to court.
Make sure when you ring up that you instantly ask to speak to a supervisor, tell them that you expect a call from customer relations.
Anyway, look on the bright side, you still have your man, your health, your youth, and a way to make that money back! The pics are a bummer, but if you learn from the mistake and back up from now on, then it has been a (bit of an expensive) learning experience :-)
