The price of most cryptocurrencies is steadily increasing and more and more money is flowing into the different blockchain markets.
With that a lot of jobs in the space are becoming available as well.
So lets look at 5 things you can do to earn a living.
Lets get the obvious out of the way: Become a blogger on steem.
Clearly not an easy job and you might need quite a while to get to a point where you can actually profit but if you put the work in it’s a valid option.Customer support: Crypto is hard, lots of products involve money so angry customers is something most companies in this space have to deal with A LOT.
Just look at any of the exchanges, wallets or essentially any other project and they’ll be hiring more support staff!
And often brining an understanding and interested in blockchain and the particular product is enough to get into it - even if you don’t have much experience in the sector already.Developer: Everybody needs devs of course so if you have experience developing software you shouldn’t have a hard time getting a job in the space.
If you want to write smart contracts you probably have to pick up solidity but there are lot of resources around that and if you did any kind of development you shouldn’t have a hard time with that one either.
Pro-tip: Contribute to one of the 1000s open source projects to raise your profile and stay out!UX/Designer: So far many products were built from and for techs and you can see it. They are complicated to use and ugly.
As the whole sector moves more and more into the mainstream so is the need for good UX and designs so if you have the skills it should be an easy transition for you!Marketing: Same story as above, so far nobody really cared and the community was so small if you built something cool everybody in the space would know about it anyway but that is changing currently. There is an ICO every week and products are trying to reach into the mainstream and with that there is an increased need for experienced marketers that are interested and knowledgeable in the blockchain space.
Any other jobs you can think of that I forgot to include?
Gridcoin and SolarCoin are looking for devs, web designeers and have open bounties
Yeah, there are quite a few companies hiring currently!
Maybe it's worth having a post about companies hiring RIGHT NOW or just creating a job board focused on blockchain?
It would probably make more sense to put it as a forum on chainBB, thoughts?
EDIT: Im going to throw it up there, Ill link you on it
