Are Proof of Stake coins the next big thing? B3Coin 10,000% interest rate...
There's a lot of hype around proof of stake coins right now with Ethereum set to move to a proof of stake model before November. In Proof of Stake mining, miners commit coins to the system versus committing computer power like Proof of Work mining (Coindesk, 2017).
B3Coin 10,000% Stake...
There have been several new coins popping up and making headway later using Proof of Stake models. B3 Coin is one of those coins and has taken off since the staking interest has spiked up to 10,000%. Blocks 60k through 80k will have 10,000% interest then staking will drop back down to 100% interest from blocks 80k to 100k.
We are currently at block 63,792 at the time of writing this post, so there is still time to earn 10,000%...
I bought in around $0.19 and B3 has since dropped to $0.10 and is currently at $0.29. I am staking about 2500 B3 coins right now since September 20th. I'm just waiting for my first stake to be funded into my wallet. Staking pays out randomly, but everyone gets their 10,000% interest or 27.5% per day. It just may take a few days to show up...
I will post an update when I have received my first stake.
