RE: How to start to make more money. (Legally)

in #money7 years ago

my office is on wheels. And this brings us to the unsolicited advice segment of our program.... find something you love or at least like doing. Your chances of success are much higher than the guy that's just in it for the money. That was your free cliché for the night. I'm pretty sure I ripped that sentiment off. Is it plagiarism if you don't know who said it? Get in where you fit in and remember, when you decide what that is...."Grab Her By the Pussy" -TRUMP.

Ohh thats good its very hands on ive never really done manual work before unlike my dad who did construction and minor plumbing work. How long you been working self employed for?

Im looking more at social media marketing and looking to get my 3d printer up and running at some point as i broke the connector for the 3d printer in the learning phase so i need to get that fixed at a point.

Thanks for the inspirational words. Loooool yes i shall sure grab her 😅

If you dont mind also telling me how it all got started. I'd be curious to know how you got the whole thing to start? And what would you have changed if you had known what you do now and could start over?

So 2008 hit the US economy. I had a daughter on the way and I was a cowboy on a large cattle ranch in Osage county Oklahoma. I didn't make much money and my girlfriend and I decided to move to Tulsa (the city) in order to give our newborn a better life. I went to work hustling construction work, shoeing horses and training cow horses for income while attending a night class at a vo tech in order to get certified. Once I was proficient enough to pass a test I took a job at a plant welding on an assembly line. I liked it so I got good. Soon I was was good and didn't like the job I was working. I bought an old machine to put on a truck and went work on the side doing small projects around town on the evenings and weekends. I took a few more full time jobs to get different experiences within my industry. after three years or so of this I began contracting. It's common sense stuff so it just took off during an oil boom. The rest is history. It still gets slow from time to time and it can be a little seasonal but it's worth it to me. I do what I want most of the time and what I have to all of the time.

Don't spend too much time worried about it.... At some point you gotta look at tits and drink beer.

That's what I'd change.

well it's good to know you do find something you love. Did it take long to find out what you were good at?

lool sadly i'm tied at the moment been tied for the past almost 4 years now since i was 16 but the drinking thing i'm working upon it ahahaha
Hope you had a good weekend. :)

Oh yeah. The wife and I had fun but we didn't get out much. we're taking it easy on the bank account for the next couple weeks... we are going on a trip to Colorado for a week for vacation. I don't drink very much or very often. occasionally with a meal. But I have been married for eight and with the same woman for over 10, and on this point we shouldn't disagree.....I never quit looking at tits. Not even after I dropped 10k on some fake ones for her. I like to look at her tits, her friends tits, stripper tits. Not to mention I'm more of an ass guy, that was willing to pay for tits. As far as figuring out what I was good at....I'm good at everything. So are you. Pick out what you want to do. You have a 3d printer. Spend enough time to be good at it. The good part is in you but the work part is the trick. You want to do sales. start selling shit. you'll get good at it if that's what you want to do. Most people don't insist on their meat suit cooperating in order to be good. You have to decide to stay with something long enough to get the desired result. That's the problem with the younger generations and it is something that will make you stand apart.......Drill Down and Do the fucking thing. If it's worth doing it's worth doing well. your ability levels have nothing to do with your decision do something well. Being a novice is a temporary condition, being an expert is a result.

I heard something today and I thought of our dialogue. If you spend an hour a day on a skill you are attempting to acquire, In one year you will have nine weeks experience (Based on a 40hr work week) Have a good weekend

lucky for you. i feel your wife needs to talk with my girlfriend about that part ahaha. oh thats good quite a long time you've been together. loool oh to be fair i'm more of an ass man then i am with breasts like it's a standard requirement for me that sure my girlfriend could vouch for me :P
you know i've never been into the whole fake tits fiasco but it's prob because i can't make a comparison since i've only had one and not the other..... any noticable difference?

hmm so essentially just stick at something is what you're suggesting. and i cannot lie i am one of tthose guys that love to jump ship a lot when a new adventure arrives at my doorstep. well, i will definitely look to explore it more as i know there can be a career so once again thank you for the advice :) and hope you have a good vacation

Their only fake if you can't touch them. they feel really real to me. My wife is really into Crossfit, been at it for years. she lost her boobs from a baby and then from getting into shape. They went from perfect (when I met her) to nat geo. The implants set her body off, gave her more fashion options and generally make her ridiculously hot. As a single man I fielded the best looking women around so I ended up with a woman that takes care of her body. I look at these augmentations as good grooming. Good ones cost more (like everything). I wrote a blog about my wife and her crossfit here on steemit. there's some pics of her there. no tit shots though.
