Thats very true. From my perspective, i work and earn a living. Why should i work if i am going to get paid the same not too. Your just setting up failure there. No one will strive to be better. Just like school sports now. Everyone is a winner. No theres just winners and losers. That makes you want to try harder or find another sport.
