I agree with the sentiment. I'm more happy and fulfilled than I've ever been precisely because I embraced the process of becoming who I was meant to be, which required me to step out of my comfort zone. Actually, I don't think of it as "stepping out of" my comfort zone so much as "expanding" my comfort zone.
