So I went on the prowl and found 5 legitimate companies who hire remote, work at home agents internationally.

1. Lionbridge
Lionbridge always has open positions for remote workers all over the world. Availability and locations are updated regularly, so if you don’t see what you’re looking for keep it bookmarked and check next week. https://www.lionbridge.com/en-us/careers
Lionbridge is always on the lookout for Customer Service agents, Technical support, translation, Marketing, Interpretation, Sales, Finance, Operations, HR, Admin, and others.
2. Leapforce
Their hiring page states they are “experiencing unprecedented demand and growth for qualified home-based independent agents”

When you arrive at their website, use the dropdown box and select your country to see what type of work at home opportunities they are currently hiring for.

3. CCI
Call Center International allows you the flexibility you desire. They start you out on a commission basis by providing you the tools and call lists, and you earn $20- $30 per sale. After you have proven yourself other opportunities are available.

“We have work at home positions for anyone, anywhere”. This is a company to check back with regularly also if you don’t find what you’re looking for the first search.

With a worldwide hiring pool, Teletech is another company to search. A map of the world with each country that has a current work at home position highlighted shows up right there on the front page, so if you don’t see your country in dark blue you’ve wasted mere seconds. They all depend on your country of residence and the company you will work for. Check them all out, and apply for the ones that fit you best :)
i find a lot of good work in my sector of digital creatives on upwork.com - also the system is really good for working with a client, great intergrated messaging and tools to track what work your doing and i get paid per hour and get paid out 10 days after the working week has finished. i've made a few thousand dollars on it and my partner, well she's made over 7/8k on the platform in about 7 months. if you have the right skills and find the right clients you can get regular remote work there.
Can you be anywhere in the world to accept work at upwork.com?
depends. where are you in the world?
I am in America, but this particular article I wrote for my international friends :)
well my partner she is in the US and uses it, i'm in the uk and use it. the usual things apply i think regarding id and such like, i forget now what that was we did but i don't recall seeing anything about certain countries that it could not be used. again, depends where international means as some places are just no go, but if that person is from elsewhere then the id still might be good.
