Imagine buying Tesla in it's infancy..
My first post about DOLV was on my personal Facebook page when I entered back in March. At the time the share price was under a penny, I bought a good chunk and couldn't believe what was unfolding in front of me. A trail of evidence lead to a possible Reverse-Merger, with a billion dollar corporation hiring the guy who co-authored a book on the process as their Investor Relations (IR) guy, Mr. Richard Oravec. (his book: "Seeking Your Fortune: Using IPO Alternatives to Find Wealth in the U.S. Stock Markets" is available on Amazon).
The company found a clean shell (DOLV) trading at .0001 and bought it.
Apr. 6th the reverse-merger was announced, our suspicions confirmed, and DOLV began its climb to a peak of .126 after a few weeks.
A federal lawsuit was filed to recover 54 million shares illegally issued by the previous company, to preserve share strucure while quelling fears of illegitimacy and dilution.
FINRA paperwork has been submitted, brokers such as Etrade and Ameritrade have confirmed (and will if you call them) of the pending ticker/symbol change, as well as it being 1:1 (no split or dilution).
So why's it so cheap..?
Consolidated financials were originally due two weeks after the Apr. 6th merger announcement, but have not come. During this lull with lack of news the stock has slid from its high of .126 back down to the high .02s briefly before consolidating back in the .05 range. With no papers stating what the true value of the company merging in is worth, the market cap is around 3 million currently.
Which is ABSURD IMHO because they are already producing and selling thousands of these EVs, produce and own a patent on the BEST EV battery on the market (twice the range of their competitors), and have additional businesses merging in as well (This is now a HOLDING COMPANY). They just put their name on the side of a high speed train, advertising their cars for rental at each stop, complete with ads on the headrests inside for the passengers to stare at while they ride.
Theres a lot more to this story, which can be found on

I will write more on the subject, I just wanted to make a quick post and catch some people up to speed as to why I'm long on this, and DOLV may be the last stock I ever buy.

Very indepth article!
Thanks! There's a ton more I'll be adding soon, and as news develops. I think this is the easiest 10-100 bagger on the market in the near term.
@acis, what handle are you using on investorshub?
I see you put a lot of info into your previous post about DOLV will check it out
I followed some of the links you posted in previous post.
What I see is there is A LOT of name changing going on, how come?
Chinese company, has some office in Las Vegas, name change is happening in some small town (Gillette, Wyoming)... Why there? What Wyoming with half million population has to do with it? Why so many name changes?
Mr. Richard Oravec - promotion. I read a lot about promoting the story.
What are the numbers?
I have heard a lot of horror stories about investing in Chinese companies. Markets are not regulated, numbers can be made out of thin air...
If company trades on OTC market, not many regulations apply either.
There are a lot of red flags. But what are the numbers, facts? "They are planning to build vehicle with xy mile range" is not a fact. It is a story. Do you have any facts to share?
