It's true what they say about the benefits of exercise, especially outsides it seems 😅.

It has been lovely though. We've had another lovely walk along the beach this morning. Lola was especially happy as being a bank holiday weekend there are lots of new people and new dogs to meet! She doesn't seem to have a preference between people and other dogs.
