I have been following @lindsaybowes in my homestead community since joining two months ago. I saw her post about tobacco and thought, "WOW! That is the coolest thing ever". But not until you mentioned it here in this post did I realize she lives in Nova Scotia- just never paid mind to her location.

I had considered growing tobacco myself (in a growing zone south of her) but thought it's too cold here to do. Now I have more inspiration to make the attempt next year.
