I’m sure this may be a given, but it is easier said than done. I’ll be the first to admit that I do not post every single day. Interact With Other Users

This involves many things, including replying to comments people leave on your posts. By leaving comments you encourage people to visit your posts again and leave an upvote. Make connections with people and develope a network of people you talk to regularly. This can benefit both you and the user you nteract with. Remember to upvote comments that people leave on your posts so they are likely to comment again on other posts as well.

Next, you need to make comments on other posts that actually matter. Read the post or watch the video and provide a good comment. Not just simple comments like “good post”, but something that tells the user why you liked their post or what you think about it. This can earn you rewards on your comment. This was my strategy coming into Steemit and it paid off with some of my comments recieveing $2 upvotes or greater.

So go follow users that make it to the trending and hot page, this can help you learn what content people like and can help you gain rewards from comments.

Utilize Upvote, Resteem And Bid Bots

All of these types of bots serve a purpose, and all of them can make you money if used properly. I wont go into specifics of the bots in this post, but will make a post in the future with in depth information.

In short, for an upvote bot you send SBD to the bot with a link to your post in the memo and they give you an upvote in return on your post. You will want to find a bot that will make you profit, this means if you send 1 SBD to the bot, you should be looking for upwards of a $2 upvote on your post. These bots help give you profit and also help to get other to notice your post because now your post has money and looks more attractive to other people to check it out.

For a Resteem bot, its pretty simple. Most resteem bots just require you to follow and upvote their post and then your post will be resteemed by them. I generally don’t recommend using a paid resteemed bot since there are so many free ones out their.

Bid bots are by far the most complicated. You basically send an amount of SBD to them and they will reward you a percentage of their upvote according to how much SBD they received from users. For example, user A sends 5 SBD and User B sends 15 SBD. User A would get a 25% upvote while User B gets a 75% upvote. But always make sure you aren’t sending too much as the bots upvote might not give you enough money to make a profit. Also be careful with these bots because a lot of users tend to send payments to them and you may only get a smal portion of the upvote.
