Thank you for this @juliakponsford. I appreciate that you remind people of the fundamentals, not only the dynamics of the platform but also of the need for adaptation, innovation and quality. It does often seem that people forget the fact that everyone knows there is money involved and that most of us have our faculties and sensitivities in tact. The financial reality here seems to make the awareness of shoddy work and lazy comments all the more acute. Obviously the best way to scale that cliff is by showing up to work ready to go with a nice suit or dress on (so to speak). Keep up the good work for all of us that need your help.
