Good day my fellow steemians we are here again how are you and hope you are doing just fine? This is me again @benbuggar. Talking about the true reality chechk about steemit community to our newbies.

Don't be on the fast line to make it fast over night on steemit, calm down and learn the tricks on how steemit works and not been on the fast line to make quick money without hard work.

I want to use this medium to address the issues concerning our newbies who are on verge of making quick money on steemit, steemit platform is not on the speed line for people who want to make it fast!! fast.

If you really do not understand the platform please kindly ask questions so that someone will put you will be put through. i understand how frustrating it could be sometimes when you write a post and at the end of the day you would get anything in return, that is why you should go back and read the previous post i made for the newbies.

It might really interest you see some of our big steemians in community who are making upto $500 to $1000 every day its not magic they all started like you do now and there are sacrifices they made to get to where they are today, some of the invested they personal money to get where they are today, can you be able to take the risk of using your money to buy steempower? This are the things you newbies not know and also it was as a result of hard work, focus, patient and consistency that pulled them through to where they are today.

So you should calm down and learn from those who have gone ahead and ask some questions that will be very helpful to in the community. And stop running too much speed if not you will be more frustrated at the end.

I too started like this, you wouldn't believe it go and check my blog and see when i registered and see how far and where i am today it is due to my patience and consistency that has put me to where i am today.

One other thing i observed is that some of our newbies lack proper orientation, they were not properly trained and given a deep orientation about what steemit is all about, i believe some where told that once you join steemit you will start making money.

Forgotten that steemit is a very large community that you need to first of all get acquainted know people build a relationship and stay committed to the people you are acquainted with that is the only way you can survive on this platform.

To our newbies i want you to have it at the back of your mind that steemit is a block-chain its like you building a new family were there are so many thing you have to put in place before that family will stand and mind you family comes with so many up and down and responsibilities that is how steemit is all about take your time to understand it and always have the urge to ask questions.

Thanks for putting this out there. I have a question.

I haven't been on here that long and I'm enjoying sharing photos I've taken over the years... I'm not expecting to make real money from them but it's a nice feeling when one returns a few cents.

Recently I've noticed some of my posts going 'grey' and I've read that means they were downliked?
Is this the case?
Also, the posts were not in anyway offensive and no explaining or negative comments were added. I was wondering why someone downlikes posts for no reason? Do they benefit in some way? Or perhaps it's a bot?

Cheers
