If you plan to just delegate your SP after you lease it, then I think that you will find it as a losing proposition. The returns on the delegation won't likely cover your investment. I will need to look at this more closely to be sure, but on the surface it seems unlikely unless you are running your own voting bot. Of course, anyone that would do that research would likely have a great post to write about what they found (just a hint to those reading).
