Depending on when I vote (time) and what position my vote is in the order, the amount can change. However, anything that is over 25% of your upvote is doing well. Most people get about 12.5 %. The whale also is not getting 25% in curation because they were late to the party. Also, comments don't have a time frame so 29 minutes or 2 seconds doesn't make a difference.
