12 hours ago. I don't understand the issues, but they have to juggle the new delegated Steem and try to getting the voting power balanced, etc.
RANDOWHALE used to be the one but now he just sleeps all the time. I only just started using the 5sbd votes and now its gone dwn. Its still okay so it will have to be used friday-sat-sunday. 😠ðŸ˜
We are working on improving the voting power at the moment, because it won't actually help minnows if they pay more for the vote that it is worth 😊

I guess its in the title! Minnow? I am a dolphin but bought all mine instead if blogging. I used the 5SBD vote and got to say its the best on steemit. By far, I used bellyrub today for 9SBD and actually got less so nit sure I will use this in the future. I guess I will watch your space! Thanks dude!
