I know, its an open market, but you should take initiative to give more profit for small delegation, to make this better place. So for example someone who wants a delegation less than 1000 - 2000 sp, should be able to get it at 150 per steem. That will collectively improve the steem platform by distributing some power to minnows.

We don't control who fills what offer, that is for investors to decide, but you can definitely put up such an offer 😊

I don't think, you can force anyone :) But you can set the standard, if you wish. You have the power to influence the change for betterment of the entire community.
