Can I become undelegated?? I can't seem to Power Down because someone has delegated to me.... I paid 1 STEEM to @minnowbooster to delegate 65 SP to me... and I don't think they've undelegated after 1 week.... the delegator is @flipstar....... I would rly like to power down so pls undelegate!

I think you mixed those concepts, you can always power down what you own but not what you delegated. Power delegated to you does not stop you from powering down.
