Once upon a time I was put on a blacklist. The situation was as follows: the dynamic chart indicates the amount of the payment received, but %69 was returned with the addition "the amount exceeds the received one". You then changed the rules and mowed down everyone, I did not dispute and switched to an alternative service.
Now other extraneous bots refer to this list and do not accept my payments. Get on with it please
