Unless you're deaf, you've probably heard the news before. Sometimes it's good news, sometimes it's bad news.
Good News
Good news is stuff about parades and how someones grandma turned 100 years old yesterday.
Bad News
Bad news is when someone shot up the parade and that lady died the day after her 100th birthday.
In Conclusion
Some news bothers me, but other news makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Her heart pounded in her chest as she hunched over the keyboard, bleary eyes straining to make out the characters of the text displayed on the glowing screen. I've made it this far, she thought. She had; for years she'd searched and sought it out. The Dark Web had been child's play for her to navigate and map. The Deep Net had provided a greater challenge, but ultimately she'd discovered every corner and crevice. What she'd searched out for years had eluded her, just when she thought she'd found it.
Yet, here she was. Staring back at her was the foothold of the Abyss. It was the end of the internet, behind a bewilderingly basic question:
It all seemed so simple. One click, and she would be there, finally, at the end of all human information and recollection. With trembling hands, she typed Y and pressed enter.
It was several days later that the police found her body, after being tipped off by the old woman who lived in the apartment beside her about an odd smell. It wasn't decomposition, something the coroner was quick to point out; her body had been perfectly preserved except for her eyes. Instead, it was a strong chemical odor, like electronics burning. None of them could make heads or tails of the poor girl's body, but whoever had killed her, they'd been sure to gouge out her eyes without leaving any signs and sear the flesh shut.
Congrats! I've choosen this entry as the winner! Even though it doesn't totally feel like a post, it was my favorite entry. I love this type of creepy-pasta.

Mini-steemit didn't get along with the other Steemit crew. They always said he couldn't do the dew. He tried and he tried but to no avail. His dream would just not set sail. When I was a child I was drawing a lot, but stopped doing that already a long time ago. For this mini-Steemit I tried to create a little doodle with a bit of humour in it. When you like it, I may even try more, for this mini-Steemit or even for its parent Steemit.
Wrt the art: I'm from Amsterdam and we really have gazillion bickers on the street and laws in place to grant bickers all rights over car drivers, even when bickers are breaking the law, the car driver is always responsible.

I understand spam and I understand scam...but where is the line?
I have a few posts that I wanted to run once a day to get the info out to everyone
-how to keep track of your alt coins
-how to get free coins
The main reason i wanted to do the how to get free coins section is this:
There are so many faucets and apps to claim free coins, I have waisted many weeks returning every 30min to watch, Click, collect, leave, return, shake and repeat.
Only to find out that this would take 10years for the way out or make it to the threshold but never receive payout...it's beyond infuriating.
I have spent and waisted the time to get this list I have and with this platform that we have here I figured this would be the best way to help other crypto enthusiasts not waist their time and become discouraged. And on the flip side stop putting money in these scam artists pockets.
So I would like to know where the problem with the post was?
Was it the frequency? Once a day?
Or the content? Because that raises another question...why did the cheeta bot like it?

I've been using Coinbase for a few years now and have been loving their services...however... There is one big thing bothering me, the id verification process.
I don't understand how still up to today they are still using that archaic thing they have...I take a picture of both sides on the app....upload.....wait....back side not clear enough...repeat photoshoot with studio quality lighting....upload.....wait.....front side not clear....after numerous attempts I gave up and attempted the upload. Armed and ready with the clearest shots my 15mp camera can give....upload....wait....back side not clear.....repeat front side....
I mean come on after years I still can't upload my id so I can do a wire, seriously Coinbase? When exchanges and miners and faucets can manage what is essentially the crypto bank of america cant?

Intersting idea, however it is perhaps a little unfair as these so called 'mini posts' don't go into the main feed and also it keeps the ones who post 'mini posts' occupied outside of their feed...is this good? Also many will not even see these 'miniposts' because they wont be in newly created tag in the main Steemit. It will fly under the radar unless it is resteemed a lot.
